SB Smart Solutions (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the HPRC AI Scanner mobile application.

We use Gemini AI to process images of student report cards and handwritten marks. This data is processed temporarily to automate mark entry. We do not store any personal student data on remote servers. All scanned records are kept securely on your local device.

2. Permissions

• Camera: Required to scan physical report cards.
• Storage/Gallery: Required to pick images from the device gallery.

3. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We implement standard industry security tools to protect teacher and student records locally.
